Refunds and Returns policy

Feel free to return any goods purchased, keeping in mind that:
•    Goods should be returned within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
•    Returns will only be accepted if the item is still in its original unopened packaging.
•    Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days after having received the returned item.
•    If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site or because of a faulty product, we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse. We understand that, in this case, the item will have been opened and not in a sellable condition. We will arrange for and pay the cost of the courier service.
•    Returns made for any other reason will be refunded once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a sellable condition. Arrangement of and payment for a courier service will be the customer’s responsibility.
•    The refund will be done in the form of a gift voucher to be used at meadowmarket.co.za.
•    To claim a refund, please send an e-mail to info@meadowmarket.co.za, stating
1.    The name of the item
2.    The relevant order number
3.    The reason for returning the item
4.    You are welcome to include a photograph if you want to
