Azure Dreams Herbal Tea in a glass jar - 60g

Loose leave tea containing a unique blend of Rooibos, Blue Cornflower, Lavender, Chamomile, Hibiscus and Ginger - all of which help promote a better mood and relaxation. This is an ideal herbal tea to take at night to help you unwind. If taken as a sleep-time tea, try to drink it more or less 2 hours before going to bed to get the most benefit. Shake the jar, then scoop out 1 rounded tsp (teaspoon) into a 250ml cup of hot, not boiling, water. Cover and steep for 3-5 min, stir, strain and enjoy. Feel free to add raw honey and your milk of choice if you prefer.
