This is a potent herbal balm that can be used to improve lymphatic drainage by massaging it into areas where lymph nodes are clustered, such as the neck, armpits, breast, chest and groin.
Lymph nodes are small structures containing high concentrations of white blood cells and they act as filters for the immune system. That is why the named areas are often swollen when your body is fighting off an infection or illness. Lymph massage balm can help reduce swelling and relieve lymphatic congestion. It can be used by men and women.
In addition, this balm can also be used to reduce chemotherapy-induced nerve pain.
Directions: Apply directly to swollen lymph glands (see the helpful list below) and massage gently. For best results, apply the balm while performing gentle, rhythmic pressure. Focus on clearing major node areas in sequence, beginning at the neck and collarbone, followed by armpits, and then the abdomen and groin, using gentle, circular, or sweeping motions, towards the nearest lymph nodes. Keep pressure very light (skin-deep) to encourage lymphatic flow, not muscle manipulation. Drink water to help flush the system. Also use during breast massage. Regular application can help reduce chronic lymphatic stagnation. Always do a skin test on the inside of the elbow to check for allergic reactions. Please note that this balm is not supposed to be a substitute for medical care in the case of severe or chronic lymphatic conditions – always consult a healthcare professional if you have any health issues.
- Neck Lymph Nodes: Found along the sides of the neck, under the jaw, at the base of the skull and behind the ears. These filter lymph from the head, scalp and throat.
- Armpits (Axillary Nodes): A major cluster, typically consisting of 20-40 nodes in each underarm. These drain lymph from the arms, breast tissue and upper thoracic wall.
- Groin (Inguinal Nodes): Located in the crease where the thigh meets the pelvis. They filter lymph from the legs, feet and lower abdominal area.
- Chest Nodes: Situated deep within the chest cavity, specifically in the center between the lungs and surrounding the trachea.
- Behind the Knees (Popliteal Nodes): A smaller cluster situated in the popliteal fossa (shallow depression at the back of the knee).
Ingredients: Castor oil, apricot kernel oil, coconut oil, olive oil, beeswax, shea butter, lavender, frankincense, viola, cannabis, chickweed, calendula, rose geranium essential oil.

I use this balm twice daily, mostly as a breast massage balm, working toward my arm pits. A little goes a long way. Sometimes I feel a 'twinkle' under my skin afterward, which I assume means the balm has penetrated and is doing its thing. Having used it for 2 weeks or so, I would say my chest muscles are less tense. Daily use is part of a self-care ritual and reminds me to take time to slow down, relax and breathe.
