Organic Ashwagandha Adaptogen Powder

Ashwagandha, also known as 'Winter cherry' or 'Indian ginseng', has been used in India for centuries as a traditional remedy for a wide range of conditions. It is best known as an adaptogen, a herb that maximises the body’s ability to cope with stress. Ashwagandha is said to increase energy output.

Usage: Use ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, yogurt or in a smoothie. Take once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
