Organic Tulsi Tea (Holy Basil)

Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil) is an adaptogen; a class of herbs which helps the body adapt to stress, fight fatigue and provide adrenal support. Also rich in antioxidants.

Add 250 ml boiling water to 1.5 teaspoons of Tulsi herbs. Steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and enjoy.
