Raw, Unfiltered Apple cider vinegar (currently unlabelled)

Unfiltered and raw apple cider vinegar. It may appear cloudy due to the presence of the fermentation culture or so-called 'vinegar mother'. The mother is highly nutritious, composed of proteins, enzymes and beneficial bacteria that help aid digestion and boost gut health. Currently this is packaged in recycled plastic bottles.

Storage: Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Because of its acidity, apple cider vinegar is self-preserving and rarely expires. It can safely be used indefinitely, though, for best quality, it is recommended to use it within 2-5 years. It may develop sediment or become cloudy, which is normal.

Serving suggestions:

*Take 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of water before or with a meal or before bedtime to help regulate blood sugar.

*When making broth, adding a big spoonful of apple cider vinegar will make it more nutrient-dense by helping extract collagen, gelatin and minerals from bones.

*Try making your own facial toner by mixing 1 part apple cider vinegar with 4 parts purified water for sensitive skin, 1 part with 2 parts water for normal/dry skin, or 1 part with 1 part water for oily skin. Decant into a suitable container and store at room temperature.
