MSM (methylsulphoylmethane) is a natural form of dietary sulphur found in fresh fruit, vegetables and meat. MSM plays and important role in the production of two proteins:
collagen and keratin. Collagen is a key structural component in the maintenance of healthy cartilage and bones, while keratin helps support vital skin, hair and nails.

Mix 1 level teaspoon (4g) into water ot juice once per day.
