Serene Slumber Brew Tea in a glass jar - 30g

Loose leave tea containing Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Skullcap and Spearmint. This unique blend helps enable a good and restful sleep. If taken as a bedtime tea, try to drink it more or less 2 hours before bedtime to get the most benefit. Shake the jar, then scoop out 1 rounded tsp (teaspoon) into a 250ml cup of hot, not boiling, water. Cover and steep for 3-5 min, stir, strain and enjoy. The addition of milk is not recommended, but feel free to add a sweetener of your choice if you want to.
