The set consists of:
Soothing Salt Soak in a glass jar (190g): Luxurious blend of salts and essential oils to unwind and relax in the tub. Add 1 TBSP (tablespoon) to your bath water. May also be used as a foot soak.
Magnesium Sleep Cream in a tin (50ml): Magnesium salt in a cream form, to help ease muscle spasms and stiffness. When rubbed on feet or ankles before bed-time, it may assist your dozing off into a peaceful sleep.
Soothing Pillow Mist in a glass spray bottle (50ml): Water and alcohol mist containing essential oils of Lavender and Chamomile, known to calms the senses and nerves and aid in sleep and relaxation. Spray onto your pillow or bedding.
Azure Dreams Herbal Tea in a glass jar (60g): Loose leave tea containing a unique blend of Rooibos, Blue Cornflower, Lavender, Chamomile, Hibiscus and Ginger - all of which help promote a better mood, relaxation and peaceful sleep. If taken as a sleep-time tea, try to drink it more or less 2 hours before going to bed to get the most benefit. Shake the jar, then scoop out 1 rounded tsp (teaspoon) into a 250ml cup of hot, not boiling, water. Cover and steep for 3-5 min, stir, strain and enjoy. Feel free to add raw honey and your milk of choice if you prefer.
Serene Slumber Brew Tea in a glass jar (30g): Loose leave tea containing Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Skullcap and Spearmint. This is another unique blend that helps enable a good night's sleep. If taken as a bedtime tea, try to drink it more or less 2 hours before bedtime to get the most benefit. Shake the jar, then scoop out 1 rounded tsp (teaspoon) into a 250ml cup of hot, not boiling, water. Cover and steep for 3-5 min, stir, strain and enjoy. The addition of milk is not recommended, but feel free to add a sweetener of your choice if you want to.
